Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting our slime shop! Because slime is a handmade, hands-on product, we're not able to take returns or exchanges once a package has been opened. That said, your happiness really matters to us, and we'll always do our best to make things right. Here's how we handle it.

We're happy to send a refund or replacement if:

Your order showed up damaged. So sorry about that! Just send us a quick note within 72 hours of delivery, along with a few clear photos of the slime and the packaging, and we'll take care of you.

Your order never arrived. Reach out and we'll help track it down or make sure you're looked after.

You got the wrong item. Our mistake — we'll get the correct order out to you right away, on us.

Your slime arrived melted. Summer shipping can be tough on slime! If it shows up heat-affected, let us know within 72 hours with a couple of photos and we'll sort it out together.

A few things we're not able to refund:

  • A change of heart or no longer needing the slime.
  • Cancellations once your order is already on its way.
  • Scent preferences — scent is such a personal thing, and everyone's nose is different.
  • Slime that's been over- or under-activated, or changed after it reached you.
  • Orders placed by accident and reported after shipping.
  • Packages sent to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.
  • Defect claims without a photo or video to show us what happened.

How it all works: Once a refund is approved, it'll head back to your original payment method within [5–7] business days. Have a question or need to start a claim? Just email us at hello@maplesquish.ca. We usually reply within [1–2] business days, and we're always glad to help.
