Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.

Shipping rates

CANADA: Free shipping on orders over $90 CAD. Orders under $90 CAD are charged shipping calculated at checkout.

UNITED STATES: Shipping calculated at checkout.

Processing time
Our slime is handmade in small batches, so please allow [1–3] business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships. During restocks and peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery times (after your order ships)

CANADA: Approximately [2–8] business days, depending on your province.

UNITED STATES: Approximately [5–12] business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

Tracking
We want you to know where your order is! Once your shipping label is created, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Customs & duties (U.S. orders)
Please note: we are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to orders shipped to the United States. These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Hot-weather shipping
During warm months, slime can soften in transit. We are not responsible for heat-related changes during shipping, and we recommend choosing a faster service in summer.

Incorrect addresses & undelivered packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
